okay, so i've jumped in with both feet. i have started THE PIXYWAGON for real, and i am so excited! it starts in the fall and 10 people have shown interest. oh my gosh. cooking for 10 people each week? that's crazy!!! but if i stay organized, and eliminate other things, rather than trying to add this onto my normally crazy week, i will be brilliantly happy with this addition to my life.
that means some of my teaching hours have to go. and that is a very happy, but scary, thing.
organization is KEY. so i am going to formulate my few months of meals in advance. and renew my costco membership and start crunching numbers. and order my cute little to go boxes!!!
i am so excited about this. the thought of cooking for this many people is overwhelming. but i really want to do this. also, the thought of possibly not teaching for an extra whole day is THRRRRRRILLLLLLLING.
